Sound cuts out... its pretty annoying

Like the title says... sound constantly cuts out ...worked fine for a couple months... now it's about every 30 seconds the sound cuts out for a couple seconds... any help?

What device?  We need more information.  Model number not name of device.  Sound on one or all apps?

Seems to be all apps. Main ones I've used lately are hbomax and YouTube and prime. All having the issue.
