Solving playback issues

Anybody else notice the sound-sofar only DirecTv- decreases as you're watching-turn the channel up or down-then back to channel you were watching and volume is back where i had it. Receiver volume will be in the 30s but when it lowers itself i have to increase to the 50s or turn channel back and forth. Is it sound leveling at work? How the heck do i keep it normal-gonna take TV back for Samsung if i cant solve it. Model # 65S535

Make sure Volume Modes are turned off:

During playback press Options (*) select Volume Mode (or Sound Modes) = off - if its already off, try toggling it to leveling and off again.

The Volume mode is never highlighted-always dark....by playback do you mean only adjusted while streaming? Problem seems to be during regular Antenna or DirecTv viewing...
