I have an RCA ROKU TV (TV programmed with ROKU) . All the channels work fine. On ROKU channel all new WESTERN items for about the past year show "Loading" but when I press "Play"I cannot get anything. On some of them if I double-click I get a view of the movie by single frame but it will not play. This is happening only re WESTERN movies, everything else works OK.
I contacted ROKU through their communications contact, got a reply where I was asked to make all kinds of checks but nothing helped. After my last email to them saying still not working , just for WESTERN movies added past several months I got no further replies.
