You can try the remove, restart, and add procedure:
- Remove the channel/app by highlighting it on the Home Screen, pressing * on your remote, and selecting "Remove channel"
- Restart your Roku device from Settings->System or Setting->System->Power (or just unplug the power for a few seconds)
- Add the channel/app again from Streaming Channels
Don't skip step 2. If it doesn't work, you'll have to try to contact the developer. Roku for the most part doesn't develop the channels/apps.
