Solving playback issues

Getting small window on every app AND orange outline on faces with a 4k express on 720p tv. Done both hard and software factory reset to no avail.

Any help?

Can you please provide a screenshot of the issue you are seeing so we can better understand the issue? Is this issue happening on a specific channel or does it happen across all channels?

I changed the cable as well and put in all updates.

I have a 55 inch screen... roku is giving me a small viewing area in the top left corner.  In that closeup image, you can see orange outlines on faces.

furthermore, the fact that I can't actually speak to a human and have to wait 3 days for a forum response is beyond poor.  I just wanted a simple upgrade.
