Solving playback issues

Sirius XM will not play longer than the timeout period and then goes to the Home screen. Used to not do that. Restarting box, reinstalling app, etcetc -all the boilerplate suggestions- makes no difference. All I need to do is get busy doing something and the music is gone.

We see you're having a playback issue with the Sirius XM, which stops after 20 minutes of streaming.

Is this the only channel that's having an issue on your Roku? If so, we would highly recommend reaching out directly to Sirius XM customer support for more advanced troubleshooting.

Did you already disable Auto Power Savings under Settings/System/Power/Auto Power Savings/20-min inactivity.
