Re: Several channels abruptly stop playing after a few minutes

The device has been plugged in to the power adapter it came with the whole time, I don't know why someone would not use it. Anything else you want to suggest other than the device is no longer working properly, maybe Roku can use better components even if means paying a bit more for something that will last longer.

Please reply here with the serial number of the affected Roku device. It can be found from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > About. Once we have the information needed, we'll forward it to our support team who will assist you further.
