@RokuMary-F , I am having the endless scrolling incident that I see you've advised some folks about. I'm having the same issue and it's rendered our Roku useless. Is there a way to connect with you directly to get assistance on this?
For clarification, is your remote the one making your device automatically scroll? Does the issue continue when you remove the batteries from the remote? Please reply here with the serial number of the Roku device associated with the affected remote. It can be located at the back or underneath the player itself.
