Screenweave App full time

We are trying to utilize the Cablecast Screenweave App to play our streaming channel full time in our office lobby.  (Specifically, not having to restart the channel several times a day). 

More often than not, the display is showing the Roku screensaver and the channel needs to be restarted.

Any suggestions as to which Roku devices may be more dependable for continuous playback?

Theoretically they should all be the same, but having tried most of them I know that's not true.  One thing to check is to make sure "Bandwidth saver" isn't enabled under the Network settings.
