Solving playback issues

Hisense model 43R6+

Update auto installed when I turned the TV on. Seemed fine for about 30 minutes then the upper right corner started going white and spread across the entire screen. Now entire screen is white. Tried factory reset and it did not help. Tried removing from power source for a couple of hours and factory reset again, still white screen.

I have the same issue except my tv is black screen
