Just purchased a streaming stick +. Plugged it in and put batteries in the remote. The setup screen is scrolling rapidly across the screen. I saw a post from 03/21 that recommended removing and reinstalling the batteries on the remote. I have done this and no change. I have checked the hdmi connection to make sure that it is secure.
I have two roku sticks on other tvs in the house for several years and have never had this issue.
