I’m the middle of watching a movie my screen went darker than normal and we can hardly see anything. We have reset everything there is to reset and unplugged and plugged back in but still screen is very dim! If someone can help please!

Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? What Roku model device are you using? Are you experiencing this issue regardless the channel you are streaming? In addition, if you are not using the Roku device (if this is not a Roku TV), is the screen still dim?
