While setting up my neighbors Roku stick, the screen went dark. We were unable to continue with setup as it was too dark to see. When we removed the stick, the TV went back to normal. It is a Vizio M60-C3 Smart TV. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue that you are experiencing.
Do you see a light on the Roku device when plugged into the wall socket? Have you tried checking the HDMI connection if it's on the right input port on your TV?
We suggest plugging your Roku device on a different HDMI port or a different TV, just to test and isolate the issue.

I tried all 3 different HDMI ports. However, I had the power supply plugged into the USB port, not directly into a power supply or wall. I will try that and update. Thanks.
