Roku Express (3930, 3931 series)
I bought the Roku Express in November, and about a week ago it started to really break. When starting apps it would just be on the loading screen for minutes, then the screen would start flashing grey for a while, then go back to the loading screen, then back to the flashing etc. We haven't been able to access any apps at all. After doing software updates to the latest ones and even a factory reset, the problem persists. Any help would be appreciated, but ideally I think I just need to be sent a new Roku Express.

Is there a light showing on your device? How are you powering the device? Is it plugged into the TV USB port, or is it plugged into the wall outlet with the provided cables? In addition, have you tried using another HDMI port on your TV as well as trying your device on another TV to see if you are seeing the same issue?
