Solving playback issues

My  ultra is causing blinking on the screen . Sometime s for a second, or the picture completely cuts out. I have to shut the tv off to get a program back. I will  admit this is an older Sony Bravia , and the Ultra is about 8 months old, bought new.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community.

Could you try connecting your Roku to a different HDMI port to see if that will resolve the issue? You can also try using another HDMI cord. Let us know if there's any difference after.
