Screen Ratio blows up and won't keep change when resetting ration

I have Roku Express+ and it works great, just recently the screen has blown up so big you can't see all the options. I have tried setting the Ratio to 16.9 as it has been all along, but now it looks like the font size or something has changed as well. I try setting the ratio and it does not hold. I have tried the actual TV settings as well and nothing is helping. It seems the box for the ratio has gotten smaller and the size of everything is bigger. The icons for the TV channels are smaller. How do I make this change to stay?

Can you post a photo of that?

Screen blown up but icons are smaller? I'm not following. Picture may help.
