Scrambled 1080i Display on 3930X

For a couple of years, I've been using a Roku Express 3930X on an 18 year old Panasonic TV capable of 480i, 480p, and 1080i displays.  Earlier today it was working fine, but about 3 hours ago the Roku stopped putting out a compatible signal.  I've moved the device to other TVs and the image was fine.  I plugged in a Bluray player using the same input and cord and that displayed fine.  I've done a factory reset on the Roku as well as left it unplugged for a few minutes.  The image is still scrambled.  Was there an update that may have accidentally removed the device's ability to output a 1080i signal?

@DragonDrafter79 I have a streaming stick 4k so settings may be different but if you can go to settings, display type. and select 720 p and see if that works.  If 1080i is a choice try that.

1080i is not a choice and I have tried specifically setting it to 720p on another TV and reattaching the device.  I get the same result.  This TV does not output at either 720i or 720p.  Only 480i, 480p, and 1080i.  It was working fine between 4:00 and 5:00 Central time, but when I came back around 6:00, the image was no longer stable.

I’m having the same issue with an old panasonic with only 480p, 480i and 1080i display options. None of my Rokus work with the tv anymore but work with other tvs. Looks like there was a software update on 10/31.
The only display options for the roku are 720p and 1080p now.
