My Roku here at work is stuck on the load page playing the little song over and over while the roku letters are dancing So I took it home and tried it there and it works fine how can I fix it
If it's one that uses a USB power adapter make sure you're using the supplied power adapter and not the TV's USB port. What else may be different about how it's connected at work vs. how it's connected at home?
It is plugged in with the charging port along with the hdmi plugged in and I plugged it in the same way at home and it works fine but at the store it’s stuck on the loading screen
Thanks for the post.
For clarification, are you trying to use the Roku device in another location that you are seeing the bouncing screen issue?
Customers have reported that disabling the wireless network resolved the issue of getting past the bouncing logo screen, have you tried that troubleshooting steps to see if that resolves the issue you are experiencing?
Please keep us posted what you find out and we will be able to assist you further.
Thanks,
Danny
I have but no difference right now it asks the language but gose right back to loading screen of the dancing letters
What is the model number (Settings/System/About).
Don't understand why it is asking for Language screen. (this is part of setup/activation). Are you Factory Resetting this Roku device after you have it working on your home network or are we taking about two different devices?

If this is a single device, try taking it home again, setting it up and activating it on your home network, setting the Display to 720p, verify it works and then take it back to your work location, and plug it in to a TV (as-is, do not reset).
You may have to connect to your work's guest 2.4ghz band (if available) if they have an Enterprise or even AX/WPA3 setup in their network, but should be able to boot up to Home Screen. (A Roku device does not need a network or internet connection to at least boot up to the Home Screen after being successfully setup/activated).
If you can turn off the router completely at work, this would help to eliminate any issue that may be occuring during the network discovery stalling the boot process. Additionally, if this is a Roku Streaming Stick, don't be pressing that button that is on the stick. That is a reset button, not an on/off button.
