I have a 2013 Sony flat screen that I have used my Roku with since August 2021. 2 days ago there was a Spectrum internet outage in my area and during this time my Roku said the hdmi connection needed to be reset and gave me directions to do that. I did it but nothing was fixed. After the internet was fixed, I tried to turn on my Roku again but now tv just shows “no signal”. I’ve tried to reset the Roku, I’ve unplugged the tv and the Roku, I changed the hdmi cable, and absolutely nothing has worked. I am so close to just going to the store and buying an Amazon fire stick but I really want to be able to fix what I already have. Does anyone have any other solution I can try?
Sounds like an issue with the TV, not the Roku. Have you checked the HDMI settings on the TV, or tried another HDMI input?
That’s probably the problem. I did try HDMI 1 and 2 and I tried a new HDMI cord. I’m wondering if it’s the hdmi input being dirty or clogged on my tv
Unplug your modem, router and Roku for 60 seconds. Then plug them all back in
