Solving playback issues

When I start up the Roku Ultra 4800 it has a small picture in the corner of the screen, but if I shut it down and restart then the picture comes up full screen. Any suggestions?

Not sure if this is what you're describing, but...

This sounds similar to a problem I've been seeing for about a month now in which the video player (for any app: Disney+, HBOMax, Netflix, Prime, etc.) starts playing hugely oversized, at least twice the width and height of my screen (55" LG TV), and so mostly offscreen, and there seem to be no way to fix it other than to restart the Roku device (Roku Ultra 4800X, OS 10.5.0 build 4201-C2).

You are right. I read on the community here somewhere that with the new update there is a power setting that you can change from powering off after twenty minutes to leave on. I changed that setting and mine now seems to be working perfectly. Thank you
