Bought a Roku premiere, but the sound fluctuates up and down on YouTube & Spotify, doesn’t matter if it’s music or just someone talking. I checked my tv & made sure AVL was turned off. I tried using a different hdmi cable, as well as a different hdmi port. It’s not happening with my Directv or PlayStation, only the Roku device. It’s like it goes up or down one or two notches constantly, which is very annoying, especially while listening to a song. Thanks for any help with this
Thanks for the post.
Try removing the channel(s) from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel(s) back once more.
Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted.
Thanks,
Danny
Hey Danny thanks for your response. I went through those steps & did that & it’s still doing it. Again I’ve tried using a different hdmi port, as well as a different hdmi cable. It seems to be better on YouTube, but it’s still happening when it’s music on there or Spotify. It’s like it constantly goes up & down 2-3 notches in volume during music. And again it’s only with the Roku, it doesn’t happen when playing music with my PlayStation or other devices.
