Solving playback issues

I was watching a movie on Hallmark movies now, and it's been rebooting a few times. I could sit for 20 minutes, it pauses and then the screen goes blank. Goes thru rebooting process. I had it happen a few times on Amazon Video and even YouTube. Does anybody know why this is happening

How are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet?

It's a Insignia Roku TV. I've had it for 5 years and not had much problems.

Thanks for the update.

Try removing the channels from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your Roku TV from Settings>System>System restart. Once your TV starts up again, add the channels back once more.

Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted.
