Roku premiere won’t turn on

Hi. My roku premiere just stopped working on me. When I plug it up the roku logo pops up and does this loading sound and cuts off. Anyone else having/had these issues?

Are you using the included power supply, or are you connecting it via a USB port on a TV? If the latter, try the former.

At this point, I'd suggest a full factory reset.

While plugged in, press and hold the Reset button for no less than 30 seconds. Then go through the initial setup again.
