Roku never finishes an episode or movie. Sometimes 1 minute in and sometimes halfway through, it buffers for a second and then starts all over. Internet connection is strong, it has been updated, I have restarted the Roku, left batteries out of remote (checking if remote was glitching), I am stumped and regretting this purchase everyday. Its a Roku express, at this point I dont care enough to check the series, that should be irrelevant.

You didn't say which app. All of my videos and TV shows work fine, so I'm wondering what app you're using. And, yes, the movie or series may make a difference. But, the app is important.

Thanks for the post.
Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? How are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or it is plugged into a wall outlet?
Please be aware that buffering issues are typically related to wireless connectivity issues. Have you tried rebooting your wireless network to see if that helps what you are seeing?
With more information we will be able to assist you further.
Thanks,
Danny
TV USB, but other devices on the wifi work fine when streaming same content. It only buffers when it is resetting the show.
I meant the series of the Roku Express device should be irrelevant. It does it with every movie and show on every application. But I mostly use HBO Max and Disney+.
Also as far as power supply goes it doesnt restart the device or the application it merely rewinds the movie or episode to the beginning.
Thanks for the follow up.
Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
Once we have this information we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate team to investigate further.
Thanks,
Danny
