Solving playback issues

My roku keeps turning off. 

I pull it out from the power strip, wait 10 seconds and plug in.

It comes on for 5- 10 seconds then flashes for 10 seconds and then goes off.

Cyle repeats.

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What are the steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing? What specific Roku model device are you using?

For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried connecting the Roku device to another TV to see if you are experiencing the same issue?
