Roku isn’t let me watch my apps

I was in the middle of watching Hulu then I exited out of the app tried to click other apps and Roku isn’t letting me. I done re set the device like 4 times and it’s still not working. What’s the issue on Roku end? Cause it did this yesterday too

Have you tried new batteries in your remote?  It's not clear what you mean by, "it's not letting me".
