I've had a roku for about 3 years... Express 3900. I cannot connect to 5G but use my initial wifi. My device constantly freezes, especially when watching Pluto, loads slow, and cuts out of my channel. A lot of wasted time for program to come back on after commercials end. The volume is also inconsistent, really loud on some stations and hard to hear on others. Spectrum says my router is fairly new, my connection is fine and I have removed many channels I don't watch. I also do periodic updates and have reset it countless times. What is going on with my device? I have another Roku, same model, in another bedroom that is only one year old and it has similar problems.
