Solving playback issues

It doesn’t matter what brightness I set my tv at the roku express playback is super super dark to the point I basically cannot see anything in the shows except when scenes get super bright and even then I can hardly make anything out

Thanks for the post.

Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or across other channels installed on your Roku including the home screen? Have you tried connecting your HDMI cable to a different HDMI port at the back of your TV? How about a different HDMI cable?
