Solving playback issues

I bought this unit a few months back. Now for second time it won't boot. I tried factory reset multiple times no luck 

I have tried new power plug and cords no go. 

I get blue light on the box then it will flash 5 times then nothing. Before it was flashing 9 times before shutdown.

I am sorry this is truly sad and poor quality. My first Roku and I just had endless issues with it.

Therw is no credible note to say how to get over this issue.

If anyone knows please let me know. Roku needs to get their act together on quality control. 

It is Roku express 4k I have.

If you have tried replacing the power cable and adapter already and still experiencing an issue, can you please provide the serial number of your Roku device from Settings>System>About? I'll be able to assist you further from there.
