Roku box is froze in a circle. Defaults to disney plus

My Roku player is froze and defaults to Disney plus . tried resetting it . bedroom box works in there . tried the bedroom box in my living room does the same thing do you think I need a new TV ?

Try unplugging all devices (Rokus/TVs/etc) for 5-10 minutes and see if that resolves the issue.

You didnt mention your Roku's model #s or firmware version (Settings/System/About) or app version (highlight the app and press Options (*) on the remote).

FYI, the Disney+ app updated yesterday (8/5) to version 1.15.2021080400.

Try reinstalling Disney+:

1) Remove the app (Highlight the app, press the Options (*) button on the remote, then Remove)

2) RESTART the Roku (Settings/System/System restart/Restart) <-- MUST DO THIS HERE!!!

3) Re-install the app

(If you dont restart, settings/cached data associated with the app are left behind and it wont be a clean re-install)
