Roku Working Intermittently

Purchased just 4 months ago, Roku Express 4K+ was working fine. For the past month, we must disconnect it from power, then reconnect for it to work. Then, sometimes, once it's turned on it does not show any channels to select, just a purple screen.

Are you using the supplied power adapter or your TV's USB port?
