Roku Wireless Speaker blown

I’ve had the soundbar and subwoofer for a couple months now and they’ve been performing flawlessly, so I bought a pair of the wireless speakers to complete the setup. They’re incredibly hard to come by in store where I live, so I ended up buying a pair on Facebook marketplace.

One of the speakers is clearly blown; I’ve gone through every suggested troubleshooting step to no avail. Am I basically just out of luck since I bought it used? Just wondering if anyone has been able to fix something like this, or potentially even have it replaced.
