Roku Ultra not starting up today

Roku Ultra suddenly isnt starting today. All I see is a grey screen, no Roku bounce. I did the power reset, changed the hdmi cable - no progress. Was there a recent update that could have bricked it? It was working fine last night.

Does the light on the front come on when you connect the power?  Have you tried another HDMI input on your TV or another TV entirely?
