White light is solid but will not turn on. All I have is my blue HDMI screen. I have unplugged it for a while, I have reset Wi-Fi in home, changed outlets, and nothing is working. I even grabbed a different box and they both won't work. Please help
@Philip3, in that case, all that's left is a factory reset. Locate the reset button (I think it's on the bottom of the various Ultra models, but I'm not sure) and with the power connected press and hold it for no less than 30 seconds.

Try a different HDMI input on the TV if you can. A blue screen often means there's nothing connected or there's some kind of copy protection issue. You might also want to try a different HDMI cable. Make sure you're using the TV's remote to select the proper HDMI input. Roku devices don't turn off, so if the light is on it will be outputting a signal. You might want to prove that the device works by connecting it to a different TV if you have one available.
I've moved the Ultra and power cord to a different TV and with different hdmi cable.
Ultra still appears to be dead.
@Philip3, if no light illuminates on the Ultra when you connect the power then either it's dead or the power adapter is dead. So if no light comes on and it's still under warranty:

If it's not still under warranty, then you'd have to weigh the risk of buying a new power adapter when that may not be the problem.
The white light on Ultra is on but no hdmi output.
