Solving playback issues

LG OLED TV connected to a Roku Ultra and Sonos Arc with surrounds.  I am unable to get any sound from my surrounds.  Worked fine before I connected the Roku player.  Sound comes out of the Arc and format says Dolby Atmos but nothing from surrounds.  Help please

I have the exact same problem. I have not solved it yet. I will write when I resolve. Very frustrating!!
