Roku USB power AWR CABLE not working anymore.

Anybody know any fixes for a AWR not working anymore?

emailed support and they said to buy one from third party since the older unit doesn’t qualify for warranty. They said buy one from (Walmart eBay or Amazon) problem is no one sells such a specific item.

Re: Roku USB power AWR CABLE not working anymore.

I assume you are referring to the USB power cable for the Roku Stick+ that includes the WiFi antenna in the cable. It's available from Roku in their accessories store:

https://www.roku.com/products/accessories/streaming-stick

Roku support doesn't have an email address, so whomever you emailed was likely not really Roku support.

What I meant was I contacted support. And that page only opens as “sorry page not found” I wonder is it because I’m in Canada?

That's certainly a possibility. Perhaps you can get a friend in the US to order and ship it to you. Postage should be next to nothing, as the cable is lightweight and can be placed in a small package.

Try just going to https://www.roku.com. It will likely redirect you to the Canadian web site, and then look at the menus across the top and look for Shop Products, and then Accessories in the drop down list. On that page there should be a link to Stick accessories. This is all assuming the Canadian site is laid out the same as the US site.
