Two weeks ago my Roku TV started having issues with streaming Netflix, HBO Max, etc. I checked the TV and I am running the current updated software. I am having no issues with my router or cable modem. Software version is 10.0.0 build 4209-30. TCL model 65S513. The problem was every once in a while initially but now it is ridiculous.

Do you receive an error code or message when accessing the channels?
If you haven't tried yet, you can try removing one of the affected channels then re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > System restart > Restart.

I have been having same issues. Tried everything you've suggested with no avail. Just emailed customer support. Hopefully i hear back soon.
