Solving playback issues

My Roku TV turns on but doesn't go to Home Screen even when trying to do a factory reset. I've tried everything that has been posted to do but with no success. Is it possible that some files are missing and won't work now? Is it possible to turn the TV on in safe mode to repair the TV? Is there a way to use a USB to plug into the TV to repair it? I've even tried the hidden menu but that doesn't fix the issue.

Have you tried contacting the TV manufacturer to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
