Hello all. I've been using my Roku Steaming Stick+ for over a year now, and I truly love the ease of using it. But about a few months ago my SS+ stopped responding completely? The Roku menu screen comes up, but it does not connect to the internet and does not let me navigate the screen. I've gotten the HDMI extender, transferred over to power through an outlet, restarted all devices including my router, and also bought another smart remote, and NOTHING has worked! Customer support has been less than helpful, and I'm really frustrated and worried that I've wasted money on this device and the additional remote. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, because all I want to do is to get back to watching my favorites on my Roku!
