Solving playback issues

I have a Vizio V-Series TV and I recently got a new Roku Streaming Stick 4k for it.  It's been about 3 weeks since I've had it and one night it just turned off.  The light on the Streaming Stick turns on but when I switch to the HDMI on my TV, it just shows a black screen.  How can I fix it?

If you press Home on the Roku remote does it come on?  If you disconnect the USB power cable for a few seconds and plug it back in does it restart?

I am having the same issue and neither of those solutions worked. Same predicament where the light turns on and holding reset for 10+ seconds seems to have no effect.

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What are the steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue?
