Roku Streaming Stick 3600XB is not detected by TV

Roku stick suddenly stopped working. The white light is at a lower intensity and the tv detects ROKU on the HDMI port but does not connect ROKU. TV shows no signal.
I've already tried changing the cable, power adapter and the problem remains
The device is 4 years old
Has anyone had this problem?
Can anybody help me ?

Re: Roku Streaming Stick 3600XB is not detected by TV

The 3600 is actually 5 1/2 years old, although you may have only had it for four years. It's certainly possible it has failed. It's also possible it's a problem with your TV. First, do you see the bouncing Roku logo when you first power it on? Can you test it on a different TV, or at least a different HDMI port on the same TV (assuming you have more than one)? If you don't see the logo, and/or it doesn't work on a different TV, then it's likely failed in some way.

For $40 you can get an Express 4K+ that has everything your 3600 has (dual band WiFi, WiFi Direct remote) and much more (4K/HDR, far more power, more internal memory, ability to use an external Ethernet adapter). While my 3600 still works, I wouldn't think twice about just replacing it when it decides to no longer work.
