I am genuinely at wits end and feel like crying trying to get this product issue solved. I purchased my first Roku device from Best Buy not even a month ago, and lately have had issues with video connectivity. Roku’s video would randomly go out, it would flicker in and out while in sleep mode, and finally the video would simply not show. I stare at a black screen but hear the noises when I hit buttons on my remote. I have factory reset multiple times. I have replaced cables. I have switched to different televisions. I’ve changed settings on my TV. I believe I have done everything I could have done and I am dissapointed to have spent this much money just for it to not work. I tried to go through the Roku website and have spendidly run into the issue of Roku not accepting the serial number printed on my device. This all has been very frustrating and this is my last resort to finding a way to get help, as the website has hindered me from doing so.
