Hello, new here and to ROKU. We have ROKU Premeiere that works perfectly until --- I have hearing Aids and just received a ReSound TV Streamer 2 device that pairs via bluetooth to my hearing aids, connected to the optical audio port on my TV, a SONY. When this ReSound device is powered on it causes the streaming from the ROKU to be sporatic, like I have a bandwidth issue, but I do not. Power off the ReSound device and all is well. When it does play video the vdeo very poor quality. I have tried using analog vido connection, no help. I have tried removing the hearing aid bluetooth connection to the ReSound, no help. Really seems like a WiFi interference issue but I don't know.
The audio part works great when it is playing.
Well, that typing woke my tecno mind to the WiFi interference concept - I was able to change the bluetooth settings on the ReSound Device and - All Is Well.

I'm glad you were able to get this resolved. And a BIG THANK YOU for reporting back. This could help anybody with a similar problem that actually searches for a solution before posting.
Just in case... can you relate details of the bluetooth setting you changed?
The TV streamer has a button to start the pairing with my hearing aids. It has the ability, by pressing that button one, two, or three times to change the Bluetooth "chanel" advertised.
Great. Thanks @phil-t
