Roku Premiere turns on but just keeps flashing the words “roku” and then goes to a black screen

Hi, I got my Premiere device last October but as of a few months ago it just turns on and flashes the words “Roku” three times then goes to a black screen.  I’ve tried using the reset button, unplugging as far as up to a month before trying again.  Any suggestions, Ive not seen anyone else with this particular problem.  Thank you

Sounds like it is stuck in boot mode.  See if you can factory reset.  Press and hold that Reset button for 30+ seconds.  Only other thing may be to try and replace the power lead or the power adaptor and try plugging into the wall if you currently have it plugged in the TV USB power port.  

If less than a year old (purchased in October) should qualify for replacement under warranty.  https://support.roku.com/article/208757058

Thank you for the help, I did try that 3 times just now and it's still just flashing the words Roku.  I'll reach out to the warranty link that you included which I appreciate.
