Roku Premier Overheating

My Roku Premiere keeps overheating while watching TV. I have it out in the open and even tried suspending it in the air so it was well ventilated. I have accessed the Secret menu and it shows that the unit is running at 128C while sitting at the home screen. I have tried a factory reset etc and none of these have addressed the issue.

Mine is also constantly overheating. I tried everything to get it to not overheat. The HDMI extender does not work either. I’m trying to get in touch with Roku Danny but I can’t PM him for a solution. It seems like a ton of people are having this problem. PLEASE HELP ROKU OR IM DONE WITH THIS PRODUCT AND SERVICE

If your Premiere is less than a year old, then should qualify for replacement under warranty.

Roku appears to be good with replacements as long as it qualifies.  Good luck.
