Roku LE not Displaying on TV after a day

i bought a Roku LE yesterday (as of posting) and it no longer displays any audio or video to the tv. I have tried different power cables, HDMI cables but nothing works it turns on but no video or audio

If your power cable (USB cable) is plugged into the TV USB power port, try using the supplied power adapter and plug directly into the wall outlet to rule out power supply issue.
