Roku Express has green screen/static on all channels but Netflix
I have had my Roku Express (3700 series) since 2016 and have not had problems in the past. I moved to a new apartment and got a new TV, and there has been a new problem. Whenever I try to watch any challen, except for Netflix, the audio and video cut out. The video goes between a dark green screen and standard static screen and no audio happens. I only get about an hour and a half to 2 hours on any particular channel if I am lucky (Discovery+, Hulu, Paramount+, Roku Live, etc). Netflix is perfectly fine no matter what. I have tried resetting my Roku several times, with the remote trick and from Settings, I have used different HDMI cords and ports on my TV, and I have unplugged the Roku from the electrical power and let it sit for an hour before plugging it back in. What could the problem be?
