Solving playback issues

I bought this Roku Express+ in 2017 for an older TV with the RCA connection. It has worked fine up until the night of August 23, 2021. It had just shut off and will not even turn on. I check the batteries in the remote. I moved the wire connections and it did come on and play for a short time then it will not come on at all now. The white light is on and solid. It just will not turn on and play.

Sounds like a loose connection at either end of the Composite AV cable - try replugging it in at both ends (Roku and TV).

Also try connecting it to another TV via Composite and HDMI if possible - if HDMI works but Composite doesnt, either the cable is bad or the Composite AV port/function has failed.
