Roku Express HTML Channel is "greyed out"

My Roku Express channel has suddenly greyed out and cannot be accessed. Prior to that, I was just getting the word Roku bouncing about on my screen. The normal screen was absent. I've unplugged and replugged but the HTML channel for Roku remains greyed out and not accessible at all. Thanks. banyantreehouse@gmail.com

HTML?  Do you mean HDMI?  Try a different HDMI cable or a different HDMI input on your TV.  Also, unplug the power from both your TV and your Roku for several minutes and then try again.
