My roku is not working. I can see everything on my screen until I go to play something. I go to Netflix, click on a movie and then the screen is black, I can see captions and closed captions. I can see time stamps. But I can’t see the movie itself. I know it’s not just Netflix because the same thing is happening on Disney+ and on YouTube. I have an about 3 foot long JVC tv. I don’t know what to do. Can anybody help?
